Linerless Labels

This versatile linerless label and sleeve packaging application system enables a full range of labelling formats to be selected to suit product requirements. Enabling users to follow retail packaging trends.

The Linerless label packaging system can utilise board, paper and synthetic substrates further enhancing the system flexibility.

Paragon produce their award winning Linerless label and food sleeve products at their Spalding headquarters on dedicated UV Flexographic printing presses.

Our investment in two coaters has ensured the quality and performance of our linerless label product. The coater applies the silicone face and pattern adhesive to the back of the linerless label product which is the critical part of the product construction.

Developed in 2007 are two more application machines for the Linerless label stable. A compact label applicator capable of 120 packs per minute which can reduce typical label applicator set up and reel changeover times by 20% and an applicator for irregular packs such as wholebird poultry.
