Thank you for your enquiry.
We are not aware of any such recycling programme in the US.
In cooperation with another poultry breeder i am intending to produce a range of whole chicken and duck using traditional and rare breeds reared in large numbers for a niche market. I am looking to use sturdy cardboard boxes with a see through film window for a high standard of presentation to package them. Could you make bespoke cardboard boxes for this purpose and would the whole bird require plastic wrapping/bagging as well? - Ben Crosby, unspecified.

PLA films are biodegradable but allow rapid moisture loss which will shorten shelf life.

I am looking into setting up company supplying fresh sliced onions to both caters and retailers and need some help with how best to package the product. Ideally the product would have a shelf life of say 7 days and if possible the packaging can be resealed by the customer. From my limited research of food pacaging I understand I may need to use Modified atmosphere packaging as a way extending shelf life.
