Food Cartons

Paragon Sleeves & Cartons manufacture award winning food sleeves at our Wisbech facility. Using a dual process approach, UV Flexographic presses enable us to extend label response times to our food sleeve customers. Our print quality has continually won awards in this sector from EFTA and Flexotech.

We also manufacture lithographic flat sheet sleeves and cartons to maintain large run competitiveness. Paragon can produce food sleeves on a variety of Board substrates to suit the end application.

Features available include apertures, embossing, hot and cold foil blocking, easy peel zips, braille, multi colour reverse printing for inner food sleeve design, pattern gloss, matte or combination varnish, 4/6 corner and crash lock bottom box.

The inks and varnishes we use can deliver a wide range of special effects to enhance or replicate product quality, such as pearlescence, irredescence, metallic and very high gloss wet look.
